The annual Summer Soireé hosted by Tootsies and Women of Wardrobe was presented as a live virtual event this year. More than 120 fashionistas logged in via Zoom as Fady Armanious, Tootsies’ creative director, interviewed local designers Christy Lynn and Claudia Lobao. Guests visited Tootsies on Friday and Saturday to browse and grab swag; a portion of the proceeds raised more than $6,500 for the women of Dress for Success Houston. Dress for Success Houston’s annual fall events, Rendezvous at The Revaire and A Night Out, will be transformed into a virtual, joint experience on Oct. 17. See dfshouston.org.
