Married in Galveston

Sam Rose and Eryn Schultz (pictured, from left) were married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Galveston. The wedding site happened to be only three blocks away from the synagogue where Eryn’s grandparents married. Eryn and Sam met at a friend’s 30th birthday party outside of Mexico City, and had a long-distance relationship for three years before they married. Many wedding guests watched and cheered via Zoom, while the couple was joined in person by their parents, Elyse and Howard Schultz of Houston and Seth and Laura Rose of Decatur, Georgia. Members of the wedding party included maid of honor and sister of the bride Mindy Schultz, escorted by her fiance Kevin Tofsky, Eryn’s brother Devyn Schultz, and Sam’s sister Jenn Rose and her partner Cameron Swany.
