Home tour for Twain
Braeswood Place has seen more than its share of Houston flooding. Despite the devastation, many families have chosen to stay in their beloved neighborhood, even after multiple flood events, and rebuild together. Neighbors Amber Blossom, Cricket DeWalch, Kristin Hamilton, and Mandy Loper (pictured, from left) are coordinating a home tour to showcase and celebrate the newly rebuilt homes and the resilience of the community. “The Home Tour for Twain,” presented by Texas Mattress Makers, is a fundraiser for Mark Twain Elementary School and will feature 10 homes that are all post-Hurricane Harvey rebuilds. The event will be held on May 15, and tickets are available for purchase here.
