More than 60 young professionals visited Dress for Success Houston for the 17th annual Spring Fling event. The fundraiser, originally planned for Buffalo Bayou Park, changed venues last minute due to inclement weather. Rain didn’t stop event chair Marianna Corcoran from organizing the at-home picnic experience. The grab ’n’ go event raised more than $17,000 for DFSH, a nonprofit that works to empower women to achieve economic independence. Women of Wardrobe supports the Dress for Success Houston mission through fundraising and volunteerism.
