Friends and family celebrated David Neider’s 60th birthday at McGovern Centennial Gardens. Guests dressed in their rock star best since the birthday boy loves rock music. The décor and food – such as the Buns ‘n’ Roses slider station – tied into the theme. A highlight was when David surprised his guests by re-proposing to his wife, Carol, of 35 years. He hadn’t formally proposed before they were married, and it was a touching moment. David followed up by jumping on stage and jamming with the band Storm Surge for a few songs.
