Eugenia Rincon (pictured) was named 2021 Dancer of the Year at Memorial Dance Center (MDC). She received the award at the studio’s annual company dance banquet held at The Bell Tower on 34th. Eugenia has competed with MDC for several years, in both team and individual dance competitions, and has received numerous top awards. This year she is a member of the Diamond company and will compete with her team in jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, and hip hop routines. In addition to taking classes and competing with MDC, Eugenia is also an assistant teacher and helps with kindergarten dancers at the studio.
