Two teams of Scouts in Bellaire Girl Scout Troop 147004 completed their Silver Award. Lauren Wasaff and Avery Vondenstein completed the native-flower project, building a planter and filling it with native plants appropriate for a shady spot at the Nature Discovery Center. Scouts Sarah Lack, Emma Kolah, and Riley Rexford organized books and digital-information resources about STEM and coding for the Texas Children’s Hospital Library. They collected about 400 books.
