Dylan, age 9

Hi, I’m Dylan! I’m a 9-year-old Yorkshire Terrier and I love to snuggle and have my tummy rubbed. You can find me watching TV in bed with my twin sisters Emerson and Olivia. I’m always the center of attention when their friends come over. I like playing in the backyard, and I always keep an eye out for my friend Luna, the neighbor’s Golden Retriever. My favorite place to sleep is in daddy’s closet (very cozy!). I’ve got strong family values, so I think it’s important for me and my family to all sit down for a meal together. I prefer someone sitting on the floor next to me – apparently, I am not supposed to sit at the table? I love my family and I am very protective. I protect them from all kinds of things, but the most dangerous one is the pool cleaner, so I always bite it when it comes out of the pool walls. They would never survive without me defending them.
