Elia Gabbanelli, Rosangela Capobianco, Carrie Brandsberg-Dahl, and Rania Edlebi (pictured, from left) enjoyed the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston’s (CAMH) annual gala and art auction. The “secret underground” event, co-chaired by Carrie and Sverre Brandsberg-Dahl, and Adrian Duenas and Marcelo Saenz, began with cocktails in the Brown Foundation Gallery with guests surrounded by more than 25 works of art that were auctioned later in the evening. CAMH deputy director Seba Suber welcomed the audience to the main hall for the dinner and program, and CAMH executive director Hesse McGraw closed out the evening with a toast to the future. Guests also enjoyed a preview of the upcoming exhibition, Mariah Garnett: Dreamed This Gateway, on view at CAMH this summer.
