Debra Cohen, Lyn Schmulen, Caren Schmulen Sweetland, Carol Leifer, Lindsay Schmulen, Danielle Schmulen, and Sherrie Eisenman (pictured, from left) celebrated the 27th annual Collage, Houston’s largest gathering of Jewish women. This year’s Jewish Federation of Greater Houston’s Collage was held at the Hilton-Americas and welcomed more than 700 women. The event was chaired by a multigenerational team including Lyn Schmulen, Caren Schmulen Sweetland, Danielle Schmulen, and Lindsay Schmulen. Comedian Carol Leifer, a former writer for Seinfeld who has starred in five of her own comedy specials, entertained the crowd with her wit about growing up in New York and her Jewish memories.
