This issue reveals the winners of our 17th annual Buzz Photo Contest, sponsored by The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. As The Buzz has grown, so has our contest. What began with residents dropping off a few photos on CDs has evolved into a contest with nearly 2,000 online submissions, judged by a panel of professional photographers. This year, we received the largest number of entries ever. Winners range from age 15 to 74, proving you’re never too young and never too old. Some are serious amateurs who waited patiently for hours, hoping to capture the perfect shot. Others happened to be in the right place at the right time, but with the creative instinct to see the shot. We thank everyone who entered for being a part of our contest and appreciate our judges for their time and expertise.
