The 10th anniversary of the citywide festival will take place Feb. 5-23. ReelAbilities promotes a message of inclusion through various art forms to bring awareness of people with disabilities. The festival is free to attend and features award-winning films, the ReelPeople: UP Abilities speakers event, ReelMusic Concert and ReelArt, showcasing the work of Celebration Company artists and educational programs in schools and workplaces around Houston.
