Jillian Nel, Philamena BairdElaine Turner and David and Audrey Gow joined more than 200 guests at Tony’s for the 8th annual wine dinner benefiting The Women’s Fund for Health Education and Resiliency. This year’s dinner raised more than $200,000 to help Houston-area women and girls become advocates for their health with classes, workshops, and lectures. Emcee Courtney Zavala began the program and welcomed president of the board Jillian Nel who introduced event co-chairs Elaine Turner and Misti Pace-Krahl, and recognized Philamena and Arthur Baird with the Jane and David Braden, MD Heart of Volunteer service award. Guests listened to Divisi Strings Amp’d Quartet including performances of “Sweet Dreams are Made of This,” “All of Me,” and “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
