Berkley and Ziggy, ages 2.5

Hi! We are Ziggy (the one with perky ears) and Berkley (the one with a shiny black coat). Our human siblings named us. I’m Berkley, the queen of the house: part Lab, part Pitbull, and part Australian Shepherd. Sir Ziggy is my guard: part German Shepherd, part Chihuahua, part Miniature Doberman, and part Poodle. We’re like the Neapolitan ice cream of dogs! We love to chew bones, play ball, and play with each other. We love our human parents and our human siblings, but we love it best when Mom and Dad are home with us all the time. Our mom and dad started fostering puppies during the pandemic, and they ended up foster-failing twice, which is why we now live permanently with them. They are not allowed to foster any more puppies, since they are not strong enough to say goodbye to them – and we are officially maxed out on dogs!
