Michele Lipscomb, Susan McMillan, Elizabeth Galante, and Connie Wright (pictured, from left) served as event co-chairs for The Sale, a three-day shopping event presented by Houston Tri Delta Philanthropies, Inc. This year marks the 10th anniversary of The Sale, and a record-breaking 1,600 shoppers took over Bayou City Event Center searching for unique finds from more than 50 of Houston’s favorite boutiques and raised more than $400,000 for pediatric cancer research at the University of Texas MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. The Sale kicked off with a champagne preview party for sponsors and underwriters, followed by two full days of shopping available to the public.
