Porter, age 13

My name is Porter; my family calls me Porter Pie or Porty. I live in a house with two kids and two adults who I love very much. There are a lot of people on my street who really like me and come say hi when I’m sitting on my front porch. Also, there are many cats, mail people, and unknown people that come to our house that I scare away. I was born in July 2010, which means I am 13 in human age and 91 in dog age. As a dog I am supposed to protect my family, but I guess they don’t need it sometimes. My family takes me on road trips to Brenham, Longview, and Dallas. I have bad leg problems, so it is getting hard to get up, especially on wood floors. For my next birthday I am going to ask to carpet the whole house!
