Volunteers Raya Weinstock and Samantha Chavez (pictured, from left) walked Gucci down the runway during the Canine Catwalk at Evelyn’s Park. As part of the Bark in the Park event, Gucci and other furry friends strutted their stuff and competed for prizes during their special day. In addition to Bark in the Park, the monthly Bellaire open-air market was also in full swing for guests to shop for local finds from small businesses. They also enjoyed meeting with dog vendors and rescue organizations including Houston Cares Animal Rescue, Twilight Tails Rescue, and Waiting Under the Willow Foundation, and dog agility performances hosted by Little MonStar’s Training Academy.
