Wine and tapas for Bellaire Parks

Patrons for Bellaire Parks hosted the 14th annual Wine and Tapas Gala in support of Bellaire Parks. Event chair Lindsay Crow, honoree Win Frazier, honoree Johnnie Frazier, and event chair Kristi Coffey (pictured, from left) enjoyed the sold-out Masquerade Party. Guests donned Venetian masks and dressed in gowns and suits for an evening of wine, hors d’oeuvres, games, a live and silent auction, music, dancing, and dinner. This year’s live auction was a paddles-up style fundraiser, with proceeds supporting the Nature Discovery Center’s (NDC) Enchanted Woods Project to transform the southeast corner of the NDC property into a new nature-based adventure playground with walking bridges, water features, slides, tunnels, hills, and an educational treehouse classroom.
