Hi! This is Thorin! Yes, named after Thorin Oakenshield, the leader of the Dwarves from The Lord of the Rings. You might see me rolling around near Colonial Park. I did not always have wheels, but I try to keep up with our busy household – my human brother Rowan (10), and two cats Nova and NASA – despite my disability. I love belly rubs and playtime with my tug of war toy, but most of all, I love meal time. I was trained to balance a treat on my nose, sit, stay, speak, roll over, and give high fives. My favorite snacks are raw veggies. I am a Corgi (herding breed) and I take my job very seriously. I will alert you of any movement outside or inside the house. I also love to help keep the house clean... by “vacuuming” the floor and removing all food remnants in sight. My nicknames are “T-Dawg,” “Loaf,” and “Tater.”
