I’m McLovin’, the Texas Pitbull – a joyful bundle of energy from Houston. I was adopted from BARC in November 2021 by my dad after a heart-melting moment at the shelter. When I leaned in and gave my dad, Adam, a “take me home” look, he snapped a photo and shared it with his wife, Katie. She teared up, visited BARC the next day, and surprised him at work with me, their newest family member – happy rescue day! Since then, I’ve become a beloved fixture at his office, boosting morale with daily visits to each desk. Loyal, affectionate, and playful, I thrive on long “sniffaris,” learning tricks, and snuggling up after adventures. My keen emotional intuition makes me a comforting presence and an irreplaceable sidekick. More than just a pup, I’m a four-legged force of love and support – always ready to help my humans and fellow Houstonians in need.
