Lady, age 1.5

Hi, I’m Lady! I am a friendly, brown-eyed girl who answers to many names: Lady Mae (my real moniker), Miss Lady, Ladybug, and La La. You will often see me in the dining room window where I like to surveil all the Old Oaks activity. This window makes a great display for my nose art, too! I am a sock thief extraordinaire and I’m great at making a game of it. I’m still in my puppy era, so I love to chase my tail. My golden hour? Going for walks and sprinting after squirrels. My best friend is Max, a nine-year-old gray tabby cat, who I love to harass. I also love water, and I’m famous for helping myself to the pool. My dream is to become a therapy dog someday. In true retriever fashion, I will fetch just about anything, including the newspaper. Some mornings I receive applause if there happens to be an onlooker!
