Winston, age 4

As I write this, I am currently dreading the departure of my favorite humans. With two family members off to college, I sit at the window longingly waiting for their return. I was brought home on Valentine’s Day 2021, in the middle of the snowpocalypse. I don’t like snow. I am a highly distinguished gentleman, named after my idol Winston Churchill. I know several tricks but will refuse to do them unless there is a treat offered (even then, I will be reluctant to follow commands, moaning dramatically as I do each trick). In my free time, I hunt lizards and knock phones out of people’s hands. I also enjoy terrorizing my sister, Lovie, by hitting her in the head. Contrary to other dogs, I quite love hugging my owners and do not give kisses. If we ever cross paths, please scratch my belly and I will love you forever.
