After more than 20 years driving the same route for Rummel Creek Elementary, Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) bus driver Richard Hyland has retired. “Mr. Richard” is adored by students, parents, and staff for his kindness, reliability, and commitment to student safety. Rummel Creek students gave Mr. Richard a heartfelt send-off with a banner on his last day. Parents say they will miss the way he cared for their little ones, day after day, and they wish him the very best in retirement.
