Memorial Middle School students, including (pictured, from left) Emma Linscomb, Emma Groves and Julia Ashby, received awards at the statewide level of the Texas PTA Reflections Contest. Julia's dance choreography won an award of excellence, Emma Groves' photography received an award of merit, and Emma Linscomb's music composition earned a participation award. Students throughout Texas submitted art, literature, film, music and dance interpretation for competition at the school, then district, then state levels.
