Maggie Farrar (pictured) and her husband Dale, and Linda and Philip Boyko are smitten with their new grandchild. On June 14, parents Ryan and Tova Farrar welcomed their baby boy, Liam Joseph Farrar, at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas. He is the fourth grandchild for Maggie and Dale ("Mags" and "Pops," as their grandchildren call them).  However, he’s their first grandson. Their granddaughters include Ryan’s sister Megan Beauchamp and her husband Brad’s daughters, Mary Merle, who will turn 4 in August, and 2-year-old twins, Annabelle and Georgia. Liam is the first grandchild for Tova’s parents, Linda and Philip, who will wait for Liam to come up with their grandparent name once he can talk. The couple says they feel blessed having the best two sets of babysitters around the block in Bellaire and in downtown Houston, where the Boykos live. Liam weighed in at 8 pounds, 13 ounces.
