About 100 kids gathered at Briarbend Park for the sixth annual Easter Egg Hunt. They included friends Mary Marsland Teare and Annie Borski (pictured, from left). The party was hosted by Debbie Kozar and Jessica Strehlow and their families. At 3:30 p.m., a rope was cut and the kids were let loose for the big egg hunt. The Easter Bunny paid a visit and cascarones, confetti-filled Easter eggs, were passed around to the kids to splat on each other. Confetti, candy, chocolate and tons of rubber duckies and bunnies temporarily covered the grass in the park.
