The second annual presentation of the Willbern Heritage Scholarship Foundation was held at Tradition Bank in Bellaire. The foundation provides scholarships for students who graduate from public schools in the southwest part of Houston, and only students who are in career and technology-education programs are eligible for the scholarships.
