During the month of March, we’ve been vegging out with Recipe for Success Foundation, challenging ourselves to try 30 different veggies in 30 days. At first, this may seem easy (“I eat lots of veggies all the time!) and, at times, it becomes more challenging (“I’ve already crossed off all of my usual veggies….”). What a great way to get out of our comfort zones, try new ingredients, new recipes, and, of course, it’s a perfect excuse to make sure we’re eating lots of veggies.
