School’s out for the summer but, this week, some high school students grabbed their school t-shirts and gathered to discuss the upcoming school year. These students are participating in School Buzz, a blog that launched on our site last year and has quickly grown since then. School Buzz provides students an opportunity to write, edit, take photos, videos and get published on our site. Students can apply for the editor, photo editor, reporter or sports reporter role. 

Over the past month, among time spent at camp, vacations, internships and jobs, our 2015-16 School Buzz correspondents have completed their first assignment – participating in our back-to-school issue. Students who were in town this week participated in a photo shoot for this issue. See the video clip to hear from our 2015-16 correspondents about what they’re most excited about for this year.
