Pershing Middle School softball team

The Pershing Middle School softball team (pictured) won the Houston Independent School District’s end-of-season tournament to claim the district championship title. The girls had a great regular season and finished with a record of 13-2, before beginning the tournament. After two preliminary tournament games, Pershing advanced to the championship game and beat Black Middle School 8-7.
