The Sale, organized by Houston Tri Delta alumnae, raised $740,000 for pediatric-cancer research at The University of Texas MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital and Texas Children’s Cancer Center. In the crush were event chair Johnnie Taylor and VIPS Suzann Richardson, Ann McCarroll, Dee Dee Robinson and Nan Kelley. Caroline Harper Knapp of House of Harper, Estela Cockrell of Switch2Pure, and Marla Murphy of The Blonde Pantry were on hand to talk and sign books.
