Women who like to read attended a Bubbles & Books event to sip, buy and donate a book, visit the Curiosity Cruiser mobile library, and make a difference in a child's life. Fun and Philanthropy at the River Oaks Bookstore was coordinated by Ginger Blanton and Pam Sengelmann as part of the Ladies for Literacy of the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation Membership Drive.
