After being together for 19 years, animal lovers and Houston philanthropic staples Bruce Padilla and Shelby Kibodeaux were married. About 250 of their friends gathered at Harwood Grill in River Oaks to help them celebrate. They both had dog-themed groom’s cakes, and the crowd was filled with dog lovers, including Hershey Grace, Tena Faust and Tama Lundquist, Laura Stein, Elizabeth Stein, and Pat and Don Murphy. Also in the crowd were Mary Ann and David McKeithan, Kim Moody, Brenda Cheney, Heather Baker, Alex Blair, Robert Smith, Karen Turner-Smith, Dana Kervin, Leisa Holland Nelson and Warner Roberts. Lots of friendly bow wows about the tied knot.
