Yoga on the Meadow

Nora's Home, Houston's haven for organ failure and transplant patients receiving care in the Texas Medical Center, will host "Yoga on the Meadow" on Saturday, April 1, 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa. The inaugural event will educate the public about the needs of organ failure and transplant patients while inspiring attendees with a family-friendly day of yoga classes, food, contests, raffles, vendors, healthy cooking presentations and door prizes.

Proceeds from the event will benefit transplant patients and their families staying at Nora's Home, which supports them during the trials of organ transplantation. "Yoga on the Meadow" will also raise awareness for the need of organ donor registration.
