Ingredients

Strawberry Field Smoothie:
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1 percent milk
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 scoop whey protein powder
6 ice cubes to make extra cold

Ultimate Power Smoothie:
1 cup 1 percent milk.
2 Tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
¾ cup oatmeal microwaved in water and stored in fridge
1 Tablespoon peanut butter.
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
6 ice cubes to make extra cold

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
