Partner Morgan Weber and chef Ryan Pera source fresh ingredients from local growers and suppliers. Their multifaceted concept (grocery store, deli, patisserie and coffee shop) is unique, with much to admire. It expands on a growing theme in the culinary world, in which chefs return to the basics, curing their own meats and preserving their own fruits. Weber and Pera take it a step further by raising their own heritage pork and chicken. You’ll also find artisanal foodstuffs, including house-made vinegars and pickles. Desserts are by the talented Rebecca Masson. Seafood bycatches are from PJ Stoops. Antibiotic-free smoked meats and sausages (try the boudin) are from Pera and charcutier Adam Garcia.
