The 20th annual City of Bellaire’s Daddy Daughter Dance was a hit. The Frozen-themed event took place in the new Bellaire Civic Center where dads and daughters danced the night away. This year’s event included a DJ, refreshments, a cookie-decorating bar and a photo booth.
