Blueberry-Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients: 

½ cup milk (Karina used almond milk)
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
¼ cup rolled oats (Karina used Mad Hectic “Just Plain Good” oats)
¼ tsp. lemon juice
1 handful ice cubes

Recipe directions: 

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Karina garnished with chia seed energy chews from Nutz.com.
