Crab Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices bread, toasted (Karina used a multigrain sesame bread)
¾ cup imitation crab meat
3 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt Tzatziki dip (Karina used a basil cucumber dip she bought premade from HEB)
1 handful spinach
4 slices of cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe directions:
In a small bowl, mix crab chunks, tzatziki dip, salt and pepper. Spread on a slice of bread, then stack spinach and cucumber on top. Top with other bread slice.
