Green Ginger Smoothie

If her spinach or kale is about to expire, Karina Arnold freezes it and uses it in her smoothies. 

Ingredients

½ cups frozen spinach
½ frozen banana
¼ cup frozen mango
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Dash of almond milk
1-2 Tbsp. shaved ginger root
1 handful of ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
