Grits Casserole
From The Houston Junior League Cookbook
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked grits
½ cup butter, melted
6 tablespoons milk
½ pound sharp cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
Recipe directions:
Cook grits. Remove from heat; let cool for 10 minutes. Add butter, milk and cheese. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour in a 400 degree oven.
