Overnight Oats with Apples and Raisins

Overnight Oats with Apples and Raisins is an easy, make-ahead breakfast that's totally customizable. 

This make-ahead breakfast is easy to put together and totally customizable.

Ingredients: 

½ cup oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon cardamom
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 dates, minced
½ apple, chopped
¼ cup raisins
Slivered almonds, toasted

Recipe directions: 

In a medium lidded container, stir all the ingredients except the almonds together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

Stir before serving. If the oats seem too thick, you can stir in a little more almond milk until they are the consistency you like. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
