Ingredients
Juice of 3 oranges (1½ cups)
Juice of 3 lemons (9 Tablespoons)
3 cups sugar
4 peaches, pureed
2 pints half-and-half
About 3 cups milk to make ¾ gallon of sherbet mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and freeze in ice cream freezer.
