Peppermint Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
1 carton Blue Bell Peppermint Ice Cream
1 package Oreos
Chocolate syrup
Recipe directions:
Let ice cream soften on counter until it is just spreadable, or microwave for just a bit. Crush package of Oreos until crumbled and place in a sprayed 13-by-9-inch pan. Spread ice cream on top of Oreos and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cover and freeze until ready to serve. Can be made ahead of time.
So easy and a real treat! Peppermint Ice Cream is seasonal, so we make this a holiday treat. Kids and adults love it.
