Pickled Garlic and Cucumber

Karina Arnold was inspired to try her own pickling at home after watching the Cooked documentary. 

Ingredients

1 cucumber, washed and cut into spears
5 cloves peeled garlic
1 jar leftover pickle juice

Directions

Place cucumber and garlic in pickle juice. Make sure cucumber is fully submerged. Store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks, then enjoy!
