Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise (make your own or Duke’s)
2 Tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 minced large chipotles in adobo sauce (canned)
Salt and pepper
1⁄3 cup prepared cranberry sauce
Directions
Whisk mayonnaise with chives, garlic, lime juice and chipotles. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in cranberry sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
