Stringed Greens Side
Ingredients:
1- 1 ½ cups string beans
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ Tbsp. minced garlic
Fat-free Italian dressing
Salt and red pepper flakes to taste
Recipe directions:
Wash and trim the ends of the green beans. In a nonstick pan, heat up the garlic and the olive oil on a medium-high heat until warm (about three minutes). Add the beans to the pan. After about two minutes, coat the string beans with Italian dressing, red pepper flakes and salt. Continue to cook until well done (about five minutes). Once cooked to your preference, remove from heat and enjoy!
