Vibrant Veggie Snack Plate

This was inspired by Karina's Zucchini Hummus plate, which she recommends as a dip for this recipe. If you do not want to make your own hummus, try her favorites: Zoe’s Kitchen Hummus (can buy in store), Private Selection Hummus or Hope Hummus.

Ingredients

Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Carrot and celery slices
Baby tomatoes
Plain hummus mixed with minced garlic cloves, lemon juice and sesame seeds

Directions

Wash and slice vegetables from market. Steam, bake or grill as desired. Add a favorite dip, chip and/or cracker and snack away! 

Karina used sliced cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread into strips and toasted. You could also use pretzels.
