Vibrant Veggie Snack Plate

Vibrant Veggie Snack PlateThis was inspired by Karina's Zucchini Hummus plate, which she recommends as a dip for this recipe. If you do not want to make your own hummus, try her favorites: Zoe’s Kitchen Hummus (can buy in store), Private Selection Hummus or Hope Hummus.

Ingredients: 

Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Carrot and celery slices
Baby tomatoes
Plain hummus mixed with minced garlic cloves, lemon juice and sesame seeds

Recipe directions: 

Wash and slice vegetables from market. Steam, bake or grill as desired. Add a favorite dip, chip and/or cracker and snack away! 

Karina used sliced cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread into strips and toasted. You could also use pretzels.
