My love for writing began with creating short stories when I was little. I loved inventing characters and expressing my thoughts through writing. When I joined my high school’s newspaper, I discovered how rewarding and important journalism is and became passionate about sharing interesting stories and news with the school community. In addition to writing, I play lacrosse and enjoy photography. Like my school, Houston is unique for the many opportunities it has to offer. Of the many creative outlets to take part in throughout the city, I am excited to join the School Buzz community.
