Thank you to all who voted in our 2016 Pet of the Year Contest and shared our contest page. More than 30,000 votes were cast!

This year, we also added a charitable component to our contest asking readers to vote on a local, pet-related charitable organization. Readers chose the Harris County Animal Shelter, which will receive a $1,000 donation from the Buzz!
